An okay stay overall
helpful staff convenient location fridge small elevators wall condensation overpriced breakfast
the staff at the front desk WERE very helpful. i found the location to be quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city. MY room included a fridge and a safe, practical.
the elevators were small. i struggled to fit my luggage and myself in one go. some condensation was visible on the walls in my room. THE breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for the available options.

Satisfactory Stay with Friendly Staff
adjustable ac firm bed clean room friendly staff
The air conditioning worked well and could be adjusted easily. I found the bed to be quite firm, which suited my back. The rooms were clean, and towels were changed daily. I appreciated the staff. They were always smiling and ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.
One elevator was small.

The hotel is near the upper bairro area. Many restaurants and bars are available. Avenida de Liberdade is just a couple of blocks away. It leads directly to the rossio station. I found this positioning to be very useful.

I ate breakfast at a sister hotel about 20 minutes away on foot. This location provided a good view from the 5th floor and the room remained quiet.

helpful staff clean room small elevator water damage
The staff was VERY helpful. They gave great advice on local attractions. The location is good. It is close to many restaurants. The room was clean.
The elevators are quite small. One elevator barely fit me. I found some water damage on the walls in my room. It looked fairly worn down.

The staff was helpful!!! I received a map with lots of information about the city. My room was cleaned daily, and the air conditioning worked GREAT after a hot day.
The hotel is showing its age a little bit, though it is very comfy and tidy.

minimal storage faulty lightbulb
The room felt cramped. Storage space was minimal, and I struggled to unpack my belongings. A faulty lightbulb in the bathroom flickered constantly. I reported it, but it remained unfixed . The noise from the street was quite noticeable. It disrupted my sleep each night. I wished for better soundproofing.

the staff was always available to help they provided great suggestions for local restaurants i found it very useful the location was central i reached many attractions quickly the room was super clean the air conditioning worked well
the lifts were a bit small i found them claustrophobic
